This hotel is conveniently located close to the river front, making it easy to access the pier for Napo river trips. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms on the 2nd floor were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

One small improvement could be made in terms of cleanliness.

The location of the hotel is superb – you are conveniently close to the riverfront and away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. the courtyard with all its plants and animals is a nice place to relax. the restaurant has good food and convenient dining.

Some aspects of this hotel are lacking - the rooms are average at best with dark wooden paneling. the bed is not very comfortable and the air conditioning unit is loud.

Beautiful surroundings and convenient location. The garden was stunning, full of tropical plants and wildlife which made for great photo opportunities. The hotel's location close to the river was a plus, with restaurants and museums nearby. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.

Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and other amenities. the hotel's garden area is very charming, with plenty of greenery and interesting animals to observe. the hot showers were a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing.
